With a brand new Top Fuel Hydro already here in Australia, we will see some of the fastest ever quarter mile passes in the history of the sport. Craig Cook, Paul Madill and the team have been very busy building the new boat, which we will hopefully be seen doing shakedown runs at the National Water Sport Centre in November 2006!

Some big names to return to the liquid quarter mile will be Alan Muir in his Top Alcohol Hydro ‘Silver Bullet’, Gary James returns with his brand new Blown Alcohol Hydro ‘Distant Thunder’ (ex ‘Nitro Thunder’), Garry Wilson from South Australia in ‘Vicious Rumour’, a brand new Blown Alcohol Hydro, Marty Lynch in a completely revamped ‘Flamed and Flat’, Graeme Mott in ‘She’s Mad’, the return of ‘Dad’s Toy’ now owned by David Bradford (‘Gassa’) and many other bracket racers who rested last season.
