2005-6 Drag Boat Racing Season!

With the new race season right upon us, teams are franticly preparing their race machines for the upcoming 2005-2006 Victorian Drag Boat Club, Signature Spas High Point Championship Series. October 23rd at the National Water Sports Centre near Frankston will again be the venue to start the new race season. Make sure you keep an eye on the Web site for all the news on what is going on in the Victorian Drag Boat Club.
A BIG CHANGE for all our members this season will be a special ‘Members Only’ section on the Web site. Inside, members will find their regular monthly newsletter, ‘The Liquid Quarter Mile’, featuring all the usual favourite columns, like ‘Prez Sez’, ‘The Holding Rope’, ‘Bits from the Pits’, and the ‘Web Site of the Month’. Add in a new Featured Downloads section, with heaps of photos, video clips, driver interviews, screen savers, and other new features to come! After members receive their personal login and password, all current and future members will have full access to all of the new site features.
It is anticipated that the ‘Members Only’ section will launch October 10th 2005 and will be updated each month with new and interesting articles. So if you haven’t renewed your membership, or you are about to join, hurry now and complete the membership form, print it off, complete all the details, and send it in with your payment using either cheque, money order or credit card (download the Membership Form HERE). If you're not currently a Victorian Drag Boat Club member, you too can enjoy the benefits of our new ‘Members Only’ section, plus all of the regular benefits that go right along with it!
